The service

Explicate provides AI-generated translations. Translations are produced automatically and may contain errors — don't rely on them where accuracy is critical (legal, medical, or safety contexts) without a qualified human check.

Your account

You sign in with Apple and are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Plans and billing

The free plan includes a limited number of translations per day and a shorter input limit.
Explicate Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription purchased through Apple. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings.
Plan limits (translations per day, input length) may be adjusted over time.

Acceptable use

Don't use Explicate to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quaal Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
